network infrastructure, with a focus on optical networks. I provided
technical support, solving routine computer network problems, which also
improved my communication and teamwork skills in a dynamic environment.

In a new professional experience at an internet provider, I worked in
technical support for networks and IT, solving problems related to computer
networks in greater depth. During this period, I acquired intermediate
knowledge of networks and their infrastructure, in addition to working on
the configuration and maintenance of computers and systems. This experience
consolidated my general understanding of the IT area and helped me improve
my soft skills, such as communication, problem-solving and teamwork, which
are essential for dealing with challenging situations.
